We include the Homeowner in the process right from the start, when we begin the planning and design. We encourage you to ask questions. We want you to be involved. It’s your house! WE understand this is a big decision for you. There are lots of decsions to make. We will be right there to guide you and to assist you with this process. That’s why you hire us…because we are professionals. We know what to do and when to do it, and let you know how it will be done. If a permit is needed, we tell you. And we only use licenced and bonded professionals.
